Hi, I'm Kelly!
I’m an Instructional Designer and eLearning Developer with a track record of creating impactful learning solutions that drive performance and business results.
With four years of corporate experience owning the end-to-end eLearning process from analysis to launch, and 14 years in public education before that, I specialize in transforming complex topics into engaging, accessible learning experiences. Whether conducting needs assessments or developing full-scale courses, I focus on building innovative, learner-centered training that improves skills and supports retention. A problem-solver at heart, I’m always exploring new ways to make learning more effective and engaging.

How This Site is Structured
I know not every team uses ADDIE by name, but I’ve found its phases to be a helpful way to share my work and thought process. (If you're unfamiliar, ADDIE stands for Analyze, Design, Develop, Implement, and Evaluate - five key phases of the instructional design process.)

While ADDIE is often presented as linear, I often approach it iteratively, adapting to agile workflows and team needs. This portfolio is organized around those five phases to give you a clear view of how I approach each project, from initial planning through to final deliverables.
If you’d like to see how all the pieces come together in one project, check out my Case Study page!
